1. Independent Brand Declaration

Mochi (operating at lovemochi.co) is an independent brand. The Jellykin Bag is an original product designed and sold exclusively by Mochi. Mochi has no affiliation, association, authorization, endorsement, or connection of any kind with Hermès International, Jellycat Limited, or any other luxury goods manufacturer, toy brand, or third-party intellectual property holder. No product sold on this website is manufactured by, licensed by, or associated with any third party brand. Any resemblance to products sold by other companies is coincidental. The Jellykin Bag is an original novelty fashion accessory and is marketed and sold as such.

2. No Counterfeit Goods Declaration

All products sold by Mochi are original goods manufactured to our specifications. Mochi does not sell, distribute, or represent counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized imitation goods of any brand. Purchasing from lovemochi.co means you are purchasing an original Mochi product, not a product of any other brand. If you are seeking a product from another brand, you are in the wrong place.

3. Buyer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on lovemochi.co, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are purchasing an original Mochi product and not a product of any third party brand; (b) you have not been misled about the origin, manufacturer, or brand affiliation of any product; (c) you understand that the Jellykin Bag is a novelty fashion accessory and an original design sold exclusively by Mochi; (d) you are purchasing voluntarily with full understanding of the product you are receiving.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, product names, imagery, copy, and design elements on lovemochi.co including but not limited to the Mochi name, the Jellykin Bag name, and all associated visual identity are the exclusive property of Mochi. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of any Mochi intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Product Use

The Jellykin Bag is designed and sold as a novelty fashion accessory intended for personal use by adults and responsible older teenagers. Mochi makes no representations regarding the suitability of this product for children under the age of 13. Purchasers assume full responsibility for determining the appropriate use of this product.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mochi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold on lovemochi.co. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
